Pick up - DNA Collection kit

Would you prefer to collect a DNA collection kit from one of our local offices or would you prefer one posted to you?

If you pay the full test price, then you are able to pick up your DNA test kit free of charge.

If you are uncertain whether you will proceed with a test but want the equipment available to you, then we recommend that you purchase a kit only. You will then be required to pay the full test price if you go ahead.

To enable a local pick up we charge $75 for one DNA kit. This is NON-refundable. The kit will be enough for up to 3 donors. The distribution offices are open Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5:00pm and the addresses are provided on our website.

The SA office is the only location that will collect samples on your behalf. We advise you attend a pathology centre in other states if you do not want to collect the mouth swab samples yourselves.

When picking up your kit you must present your emailed proof of order receipt to the receptionist on arrival.

Once you have collected the samples and you are ready to post them back to our collection hub in WA, you simply enclose payment details for the outstanding amount on your application form or call us to arrange payment.
