DNA mouth swab collection kit ONLY

Would you prefer to collect a DNA collection kit from one of our local offices or would you prefer one posted to you?

To enable a local pick up we charge $50 to pick up a DNA kit at one of our State based distribution centres - these offices are open Mon to Fri 9.00am to 5:00pm and the addresses are provided on our website.

The SA office is the only location that will collect samples on your behalf. We advise you attend a pathology centre in other states if you do not want to collect the mouth swab samples yourselves.

When picking up your kit you must present your emailed proof of order receipt to the receptionist on arrival.

The DNA collection kit is $50 and is non refundable. The FULL test price is required when you are ready to return the samples.

Once you have collected the samples and you are ready to post them back to our head office in SA, you simply enclose payment details for the outstanding amount on your application form or call us to arrange payment.
